Corporate and Bulk Orders
Corporate gifting, bulk orders, and catering services must be pre-booked and confirmed in advance. All corporate and bulk orders are subject to specific terms, including non-refundable deposits and delivery schedules. These orders may not be cancelled once confirmed.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions. Nalashaa Hospitality is not liable for any delays or issues in delivery once the order is in the hands of the delivery service. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, orders may not be cancelled once they are in preparation or have been delivered. Refunds will only be issued in cases of incorrect orders, defective products, or other issues confirmed to be the fault of Nalashaa Hospitality. For corporate or bulk orders, cancellations must be made within the timeframes specified at the time of booking. Any advance payments or deposits may be forfeited in case of cancellation.

11. Promotional Offers and Gift Cards
Nalashaa Hospitality may offer promotions, discounts, and gift cards from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates and usage restrictions. Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure by Nalashaa Hospitality to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
